So I was listening to this commercial on the radio this morning where they were talking aobut "tapping your toes while using your new mixer". Being a typical gearhead, I'm thinking audio mixer. When the commercial ended and they said the ad was for Macy's I was confused. Macy's doesn't sell mixers.... Wait a minute... Mixer as in blender... God I'm a geek. I guess it's why I understood so many of the tee shirts on

Wow, the fire in southern california makes you think about your posessions and what you'd want to take with you if it came down to it. I've bot a box of photographs I'd want to take. I ought to copy the ones that aren't in the box and put the originals in there. Some artwork by mom would come along. The cat of course. :^) That and my data (hard drives and such). Maybe I'd take my camera and run around the house taking pictures of stuff so I had proof of what was lost when the insurance company needed to know.

Couple of random things. I'm totally getting into the endorphin rush of working out. I went to the exceptionally hard class that I've been taking, for the second time in one week (usually I go on Monday and I'm sore until Thursday) and I was able to get through the class. In fact, once I was warm, I didn't feel any pain, or like I couldn't do it. It was awesome. Second thing. I was reading the blog that I read every day at
MightyGirl.net, and she had something to say that was totally profound. check out the second paragraph of the note for 10.28.03
