Ok, here's the thing that makes me squirm in my seat and say "I want one of those so bad I could pop"
My New MiniI want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it.
Siiiigh. As much as I want to live my life without contingencies, I don't think it would be a good idea to buy that car without having a secure place to park it. That means a new garage. I wouldn't make sense to do the garage and then the foundation because I wouldn't be able to get TO the garage with the foundation and driveway ripped out. Thus I also need to get the foundation done before getting the car as well. It also makes sense that I shouldn't just do the foundation and not the new room, so I guess the construction projects have to happen before the car does, and of course the sale of dad's place needs to happen before the construction does, and the cleanup of dads place has to happen before the sale and the cleanup is going to start in a week and a half. I guess the trick will be to accurately predict the end of the construction project so I can order the car to have it in my hot little hands the day the garage and driveway are ready. Of course if this whole ridiculous list of contingencies drags out as they tend to, I might be able to order a 2007 Mini with the new bigger engine and proximity keyfob and lots of other super cool options.
Damn the contingencies, damn them all to heck.
